Membership Fees (per calendar month)
Our fees are simple and transparent, as they should be. No hidden fees or complex invoicing. You'll know exactly what you're paying and exactly what you're getting.
$100/mo
Individuals (ages 0-99; centenarians free!)
$175/mo
Couples (husband+wife; or parent+child)
$225/mo
Families (parents + all children under 26)
Enrollment Fee: $100
(Will apply only once to the first invoice received in addition to the monthly membership fee.)
If you are an employer looking into DPC, we do offer special prices for 5+ employees.
